We’re experts in delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives across many disadvantaged groups and have actively taken the lead within the recruitment industry when it comes to disability inclusion.

Disability inclusion

We are the only recruitment provider that has achieved a level 3 Disability Confident Leader status. We are also a Clear Assured employer and are founding members of RIDI.
Gender inclusion

As founding members of Women in Recruitment, we champion gender equality and develop client programmes that improve gender inclusion and remove unconscious biases.
Apprenticeships

We work closely with our clients to make the best use of Apprenticeship Levy funds to create programmes that give individuals from all walks of life equal opportunities.
Ban the Box

We have pledged to ban the box on asking for criminal convictions in the early stages of the application process, so that everyone has an equal opportunity to find work.
Ex-offender employment

We are proud to partner with ex-offender employment experts, Offploy, so we can support ex-offenders find meaningful work and break the cycle of cell, street, repeat.
