• • A comprehensive induction programme to kickstart your Burberry journey

• • An individual training plan tailored to your current skill level and production areas you will be learning

• • A dedicated trainer to develop your sewing skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Hands-on sewing experience using industrial machines

• • Ongoing support to transition you to the main production team upon completion of training

• A genuine interest in fashion manufacturing or are looking to establish a career as a professional sewing machinist

• Accuracy and attention to detail, taking pride in your work to achieve Burberry's quality standards

• Willingness to learn new skills and good ability to follow instructions

• A flexibility to work across different shift patterns as determined by production needs post-training
