​💡 What you can expect to do

Play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth technology operations of Heathrow everyday. Be part of an exciting, fast-paced team where you'll work and problem solve across a variety of business domains, including passenger-facing tech such as baggage check ins, security systems, CCTV, display screens and back office tech like payroll, ERP finance, procurement and more.

• Support the Service Manager in the performance management of Heathrow's partners and suppliers
• Monitor and report on Contractual Service Obligations and Continual Service Improvement activities
• Assist in Process Regulation of key service management processes delivered by suppliers
• Oversee investigation of first stage resolution of escalations regarding supplier performance
• Own and manage process documentation for any processes operated by suppliers
• Perform the review and validation of the Service Level Reporting for all suppliers
• Support and explore new opportunities to grow revenue at Heathrow​

🔎 What we're looking for

• Experience working within IT Service Management with excellent stakeholder relationships skills
• Experience working within transport, logistics or travel is a bonus but not necessary
• ITIL V3 Qualification is desirable
• Basic commercial awareness, with an appreciation for negotiation and excellent communication skills
• Solid track record on working without direct supervision or oversight
