A fantastic opportunity has risen for a bright and dedicated administrator to join our client, a prestigious global beverages company. The role is paying a highly competitive rate of £13 per hour on an initial 6 week assignment, with a potential to extend. There can be room for development and progression with training and guidance offered throughout the assignment.

What you'll be doing:

  • To support the Occupational Health Team to deliver an excellent service to our business.
  • Ensure Occupational Health data is recorded accurately and available for reporting back to the business.
  • Scheduling appointments based OHNA requirements.
  • Liaising with employees and line managers ensuring efficient and effective communication on all Occupational Health matters at all times.
  • Deal with highly confidential GP letters / reports and ensure these are filed in employee medical files in a timely manner to ensure medical file up to date at all times.

What skills should you bring?

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Confident on Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Outstanding administration or coordination skills and the ability to retain high levels of accuracy whilst doing repetitive tasks.
  • You should thrive on working in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
  • You will be managing multiple tasks simultaneously, so must have excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills in order to build relationships
