Our client is a UK based FCA regulated organisation that specialises in the provision of business process services within the Life and Pensions industry. We are excited to be looking for a number of Customer Service Administrators and have a variety of different contract lengths we are looking to fill:-
- Permanent Contracts
- 12 month Fixed Term Contracts (part time opportunities available)
- 6 month Fixed Term Contracts (part time opportunities available)
All of the opportunities will be working in one of the Back Office Teams located in either our Stoke Gifford or Harbourside office. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our customers by efficiently and confidently managing written requests.
Full training will be provided.
In return you will receive:
- Competitive salary between £18,000 to £20,000 (pro rata)
- 23 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for FTC)
