To provide professional project administration within the Operations department team for the business, ensure compliance and using the appropriate processes and procedures.
- Co-ordinate travel/accommodation
- Assist with visa applications
- Assist with accounting - Generate project cost breakdowns and collate required supporting documentation
- Manage Customer Feedback forms via Lotus Notes
- Lotus Notes Database Administration - Customer Service Database/Operations Planner
- Review, Format and Issue Project Reports
- Assist with Corporate purchasing card transactions
- Assist with Document library updates
- Assist with Training Record Maintenance
- Assist with Course bookings
- Assist with Source Take Back letters
- Administration assistance as/when required for Field Engineer
- Administration assistance as/when required for Services team
Assist with any other duties as direct by the Services Management Team
