- Manage a rewarding caseload of adults with diverse social care needs, including safeguarding cases
- Carry out Care Act assessments, statutory reviews, and person-centred care planning

Who We're Looking For
- A qualified social worker (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) registered with Social Work England
- Experienced in adult social care, safeguarding, or related practice
- Confident in statutory social work processes, assessments, and care planning
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive, motivated team
