We're looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to work in Luton on a permanent basis
The Finance Team support the business, processing and maintaining all accounting information and records as well as a range of commercial and operational support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a role in finance, has great organisational skills and can deliver with consistency.
The main aspect of the role involves working as part of the finance team, helping with general administrative tasks and co-ordination of deliverables to the whole business as well as getting involved in problem solving, with a view to developing and advancing these skills.
Key responsibilities
- Apprentice Levy Management
- Weekly/monthly data transfer
- Posting Journals
- Month end tasks
- Supporting the preparation and circulating management account information
- Tracking other centrally held information
Skills required for the role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Excel skills and able to pick new systems up quickly
- Excellent attention to details, numerical skills and accuracy
- The ability to work as a part of a team and use own initiative
- Study support may be available for the individual depending on requirements
