Job Description: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Florida Healthy Kids Project

Position Details:

Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Languages Required: English/Spanish or English/Creole (specify second language in the "Languages Spoken" section)
Pay Rate: $14/hr
Location: Remote (must reside in Florida)

Training Details:
Duration:
12 days of training
7 days of nesting
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (first 12 business days)
Nesting Schedule: Monday to Friday, schedules may vary between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM depending on the mentor's availability (7 business days).

Production Schedule:
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (subject to adjustment based on shift bids).
Project Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM.


Project Overview:
The Florida Healthy Kids Program offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for children aged 5-18, regardless of family income. The program includes:

Subsidized plans for families above Medicaid income thresholds.
Full-pay options for those ineligible for subsidies.
Participating families pay a monthly premium, while the program subsidizes the remaining costs. The MAXIMUS Call Center provides unbiased program information, assists with applications and eligibility inquiries, and routes calls to appropriate units when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole (as specified).
