Job Purpose

Responsible for general administration within Sandoz UK covering all Business Units

Job Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant in the general smooth running of the office
  • Responsible for ensuring supplies in office are in stock, chasing and ordering supplies where necessary (i.e. pantry supplies, towels, coffee, milk, fruit)
  • Managing visitors
  • Security checks for new starters
  • Requesting security badges for new starters
  • Copying work to right paperwork for interviewees
  • Assisting with printing assessment centre packs
  • ISRM coordinator for records inventory management for Retail, Primary Care, Speciality
  • Adhoc projects & support
  • Back up support for general admin and projects where required
  • Compliance

    • Assisting Speciality, Retail and Primary care and actively liaising with business units as to the business records being kept and ensuring business units are deleting their records when required as per inventory
    • Making sure all right to work documentation, passports are collected for new starters and interviewees

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:

  • A degree in Business Studies or life sciences.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-reliant and pro-active.
  • Efficient and very well organised.
  • Articulate, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Word and Powerpoint skills
  • Knowledge in Excel a plus
  • Desire to grow and develop personal skills and pursue ongoing career development
