Job Description:

To provide an efficient and effective service for disabled individuals applying for Blue Badges. To carry out a range of administration duties and support the Team.

Working hour:

Monday 8:45am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:45am -5:00pm
Friday 8:45am -5:00pm

Responsibilities:

To process application, produce evaluations, check necessary proofs and eligibility for application for Blue badges.
Maintain Excel spreadsheet
letter writing and general typing
Filling and Photocopying
Respond to routine enquiries
Supporting the team

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages including Word, mail merge, Excel
Good Organisation skills
Able to work in a team
GCSE A-C Grade
Good Attention to detail
Must possess excellent customer care skill
Self Motivated - Confident to deal with people
Able to work under pressure
