Job Title: Client Services Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join a global team and help establish a team in Paris, France. The CSM will be fully embedded within the client account, providing expert service delivery to Guidant Global customers. This role is crucial in driving successful fulfilment of all contractual commitments in adherence with agreed SLA's and KPI's. This Client Services Manager is a critical hire for a new programme, they will be our in country SME (Subject Matter Expert) as well as contributing ideas to support growth opportunities into a wider multi-country global MSP programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment and worker engagement experiences. Manage client needs and requirements efficiently, adhering to contractual and legal obligations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic and productive business relationships within the assigned client programme. Attend local in-country review meetings and networking events as required.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of operational management, including recruitment vacancies, quality and compliance requirements, and best practice development.
  • Financial Control: Support budgetary management through monthly monitoring and analysis of the P&L against budget and forecast. Contribute to financial planning and monthly re-forecasting.
  • Leadership: Act as an influential leader and ambassador for the company, upholding our values and guiding principles. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver on account strategy.

About You:

  • Proven experience in MSP and/or staffing.
  • Experience leading a team within an account/customer environment.
  • Strong track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth.
  • Proficiency in P&L management and a strong understanding of French legislation.
  • Experience supporting QBRs and managing financial performance.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
