Cloud Security IT Specialist
Home Counties Contract £700-900 per day
We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious Cloud Security IT Specialist to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment to drive major business transformation, process and technical change across this complex organisation which will run well into 2025.
These contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment. Opportunities are available in the Home Counties.
These Cloud Security IT Specialist roles are conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. You will be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm and experience of working in small, diverse, multi disciplinary teams to deliver flexible and outstanding solutions for internal and external senior stakeholders. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are a must. Highly analytical, flexible and persuasive, with first-class influencing skills, you'll possess the ability to build effective relationships and drive high impact, lasting change across the organisation.
Your experience:
As an exceptional Cloud Security IT Specialist you will have:
- Experience in the production and review of Risk Management Accreditation Document Set (RMADS) or equivalent using HMG Infosec Standards 1 & 2
- Understanding of CESG polices, standards and good practice guides coupled with the ability to apply them pragmatically and in line with the needs of the business
- Current CLAS Consultant or equivalent (e.g. HMG Accreditor Course, Information Assurance Practitioner Course, CESG Certified Professional)
- The ability to advise on corporate, balanced risk management decisions tailored to particular needs of the business
- Collaborated with security architects, to assess the level of technical capability of potential threat agents and reviewed information security risk assessment
- The ability to review architectures to ensure mitigation of the identified risks and conformity to the relevant security policies and legislation
- Assessed the security of a system, business process, or other organisational component to determine if it is appropriate for the protection of the information being processed
- Knowledge and experience working with Cloud infrastructure and technology

These roles are available on 24 month contracts (inside IR35) and offer flexible and hybrid working in most cases.
