Permanent, 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Hours are between 8am - 6pm (No Shift Rota)

Have you always wanted to work for some of the world's most prestigious insurance companies? Our client, a leader of business process services for the Life & Pensions (L&P) industry, we are looking for a driven Complaints Handler to join our Complaints department at our in Liverpool.

You should have a knack for delivering excellent communications. Our client's in-house training will help you achieve your best potential by getting you familiarised with their wide range of products. Our Complaints Handler will play a vital function to the business - through our multichannel strategy, you will conduct end-to-end complaint investigations regarding our Life, Pensions and Investment products, and you will be responsible for maintaining, guiding and improving our quality standards and products.

Key Accountabilities

  • Reporting to the Complaints Team Manager;
  • Carrying out end-to-end investigations on our product complaints;
  • Resolve complaints in compliance with business regulations and guidelines;
  • Ensuring cases are treated with fairness and accuracy;
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve our servicing teams;
  • Ensuring our customers are kept informed of their complaint's progress.

About You

  • Strong Customer Focus ensuring we always do the right thing for the customer
  • Understanding of the financial services industry (desirable)
  • GCSE Grade C or above to include Maths and English or equivalent
  • Good written communications skills
  • Confident professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills including word and excel
  • Good time keeping
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure
