This role will work collaboratively with Patient engagement and communications, medical and commercial team colleagues across a portfolio of products.
You will partner with the business to ensure key processes are completed in an effective, compliant and timely manner.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Corporate social media support:
- regularly checking social media via sprinklr
- top 100 NVS Ireland IM stakeholders & their social media platforms (incl their #1)
- analysis of Linkedin & Twitter followers, ie political, pt advocacy, employees, academia, etc.
- Collating and checking Transfer Of Values
- Checking and highlighting daily media reports
- Collaborating on podcast and other PE initiatives especially from a compliance perspective
- Train and own 1P1R, eg podcasts
- Maintenance of novartis.ie website
- Support liaison with Irish Heart Foundation
- Support on World MS Day: manage sponsorship, manage public meeting with Medical. Converting public meetings into podcasts (hosted on MS website) with a focus on high efficacy treatment
- Compliance approval support for patient groups and videos
- Patient support for Mature Brands
- Provide administrative support as required, for example:
- Budget management for projects and logistics
- Organisation of itineraries and logistics for ongoing activities
- Compilation of materials and information
- Approvals for patient engagement projects
- Set up of suppliers, raising and tracking Purchase Orders, manual payment management
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standard operating procedures.

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:
- Educated to degree level in any Science related subject
- Experience within UK/Ireland healthcare and /or pharmaceuticals environment is an advantage, but not necessary
- Clear motivation and ambition to gain experience in a corporate affairs environment
- Ability to evidence skills which are transferable to the business environment (e.g., good time management, teamwork) experience of successfully working with teams through work, academic and/or extracurricular activities
- You will be able to demonstrate
- Proactivity - ability to work independently and proactively under own initiative, taking responsibility and driving projects and activities to a successful conclusion
- Prioritisation - manages multiple priorities well, demonstrating good attention to detail under tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Collaboration & teamwork - can develop effective relationships with team and customers, gaining trust and credibility quickly. Has the confidence to work with all levels and types of people, as an effective member of a cross-functional team
- Customer focused mindset - delivering high quality projects and activities to internal and external groups with awareness and responsiveness to their needs
- Fluency in English - verbal and written - is required
- You will be IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PPT skills and Word at Advanced Level)
Additional Information
Please ensure that you are willing and able to live within commutable distance of the company site before applying. This placement is based in Dublin, Ireland and we would like you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, to aid your development in working with and learning from your team. You will need to be eligible to work in Ireland.
