Job Title: CSR1 - Call Center - Bilingual ( Spanish)
Location: Remote / Work from home
Job Duration: 6 plus months contract to hire
Pay Rate - $14/Hr. on W2
Training Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST M-F / 2-3 weeks
Nesting Schedule: 7:30am to 7:30pm EST M-F, depending on the mentor's schedule.
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST
EQUIPMENT: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) per provided specs.
OVERVIEW:
The Maximus operates a call canter for the Florida healthy Kids (FHK). Maximus to provide over the phone Choice Counselling services in support of the agency's transition to a Managed Care program and will answer any questions callers may have regarding this transition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Florida Healthy Kids Program provides health and dental coverage for eligible children 5-18 for any income level.
- Florida Healthy Kids has a subsidized plan for families who exceed the income eligibility threshold for Medicaid, as well as full-pay options available for those who do not qualify for subsidized care.
- The program provides comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits through participating plans. Families pay a monthly premium, and the program subsidizes the remaining cost of coverage.
- The MAXIMUS Call Center provides callers with an unbiased presentation of programs to assist Customers with application and eligibility requirements and program questions, transferring callers to other Call Center units as needed.
- Our Contact Center provides a variety of services for Florida healthy Kids (FHK), Children's Health Insurance Program.
- The goal is to provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls from families with inquiries, answering questions and, or providing assistance on the application process, eligibility requirements and determinations, enrolment, health plans, premium payments, annual account renewals in addition to providing ongoing family account maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 1 years of experience.
