You will be part of our Customer Care Unit within the Engineering Department and be committed to providing our customers with a world-class claims service by ensuring that their vehicle repair journey is proactively managed to the point of invoice from the repairer, whilst also proactively managing claim cost control.
What will I be doing?:
You'll be working within our Customer Care Unit dealing with inbound calls from customers and suppliers relating to repairs, hire and total loss. You will also be responsible for a portfolio of claims in which you will need to proactively manage our customers repair journey by liaising with our network of approved repairers, hire providers and other suppliers. You will be responsible for arranging booking in dates, collection of the vehicle, replacement vehicle provision and ensuring each claim is proactively and financially managed whilst keeping our customer updated.
You will maintain expectations and provide outstanding customer service with an effortless journey until their repair is complete. You will also be required to ensure that the customers mobility status is kept up to date and process the hire invoice payment on completion.
What do I need?:
You'll already have worked in customer facing role previously and as a confident communicator, written and verbal, you'll be able to handle calls from customers and suppliers effectively.

- Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers
- Can think clearly and calmly under pressure
