Full Time Hours Monday -Friday 37 hours
£11.14 per hour Job Description:
To provide a high level of customer service, advice and information of services to the Citizens of Northampton.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving a high volume in internal calls * Managing a busy Inbox
- Provide a comprehensive advice and information service to a wide range of people. * Taking payments * updating records, Develop and maintain New and existing Administrative systems
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages including Word, mail merge, Excel
- Good Organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Must possess excellent customer care skill
- Self-Motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Ideal someone that has worked in a high call volume environment
