Customer Operations Project Manager

Location: London (4 days per week office and potentially only 1 day from home)

Rate: £240per day via PAYE / ₤325per day via Umbrella

Contract: 2 Months (Until end of July)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Project Manager to support the delivery of customer marketing and CRM activity within a Luxury Fashion Brand.

This role is ideal for a detail‑driven project manager who enjoys keeping multiple teams aligned, removing delivery obstacles and ensuring high‑quality execution across customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operational delivery of customer marketing and CRM initiatives, including email campaigns and lifecycle journeys
  • Act as the central point of coordination between customer marketing, creative, merchandising, CRM and technology teams
  • Ensure briefs, timelines, requirements and responsibilities are clear and well managed
  • Plan and manage resources across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early and drive resolutions through clear communication
  • Support the transition to external production support, embedding new ways of working and ensuring continuity
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, monitoring quality, delivery timelines and efficiency
  • Partner with digital, martech and technology project managers to align dependencies and platform readiness
  • Champion continuous improvement by streamlining processes, documenting ways of working and improving delivery frameworks

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in project management within CRM, email or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of content pipelines and campaign delivery workflows
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • Confident communicator, able to bring structure and clarity to complex situations
  • Highly organised with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana is desirable
