Hours are between 8am - 6pm (No Shift Rota)
We are looking for confident Customer Service Administrators to join our back office Customer Service Back Office Admin team in Craigforth. The role will require you to provide an efficient and fair customer service through accurately processing transaction enquiries from customers within agreed service levels. Working as part of a team, you will be important in processing customer enquiries referred from customers via image systems, paper-based mail, e-mail or fax, as well as dealing with incoming telephone calls from clients, advisers and third parties:
Your Role With Us:
* Process work transactions to agreed service levels and quality standards;
* Responsible for identifying complex work items and referring them for reallocation within timescales;
* Contacts customers by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter, as appropriate, to efficiently resolve queries/obtain required information;
* Deals with customer data, ethically and in accordance with FSA requirements;
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, make recommendations, and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
* Good communication and mathematical reasoning skills (5 GCSE's or equivalent)
* Good understanding of the Data Protection Act, Money Laundering and compliance rules
* Basic understanding of specified products and relevant systems, including PC skills
The Location:
Craigforth
You will be based on our Diligenta office in Craigforth, Stirling, situated in a large campus just off Junction 10 of the M9. The nearest mainline rail station is Stirling and a free shuttle bus also operates regularly from Edinburgh airport. There is limited onsite parking too.
A Deli Bar and Costa Coffee is available onsite for hot beverages, sandwiches and cakes, as well as kitchenettes in the office spaces available to use.
