We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor.

You will be responsible for delivering an exemplar front line Customer Service via all media, including telephone, web, email and white mail, you will also provide a high quality information and advice service in line with Hyde's Vision, Policies and Service Promise.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle all enquiries, referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams in accordance with Hyde's core behaviours whilst maximising customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately update system records in a timely manner and produce grammatically correct system notes, letters and emails, following company guidelines on written material.
  • Proactively identify process improvements ensuring internal and external customers are at the heart of our business and recommend these via the Team Leader.
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction assessments through use of the call recording facility.

Experience:

  • Housing and Repairs experience.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Computer and Microsoft experience.
