Our Client's award winning contact centre is looking for people who are as passionate as they are about delivering excellent customer service.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering a first class customer experience when speaking to customers about their car or home insurance, or breakdown cover. Day to Day you will take inbound calls from new or existing customers, using your knowledge of the Client's products to offer customers suitable services that match their needs and resolve and escalate customer complains when necessary.
This role gives the opportunity of going permanent after three months and will offer some excellent benefits along with the possibility of remote working.
The opening hours of the contact centres are as follows:
Monday to Friday - 0800 - 1915
Saturday - 0900 - 1715
Sunday - Closed
