As a customer service agent, your role will be to support the delivery of outstanding customer outcomes by delivering excellent service to customers. Working as part of a team, you will be the first point of contact to assist customers in their queries.
In your first week as a customer service advisor, you should expect to undertake the following:
● Work for globally recognised names in the Life & Pensions industry
● Deliver excellent customer service
● Engage in problem-solving and respond to customers (including vulnerable customers and complainants)
● Continually develop and refine your personal skills and knowledge to improve support

The following are also required:
● GCSE Grade C or above, including Maths and English or equivalent
● Understanding of the financial services industry (desirable)
● Good communication, telephone, IT (Word and Excel), and time-keeping skills
