Duties of a Call Centre Advisor:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers
- Handling between 30-50 demanding telephone enquiries daily
- Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams
- Providing a great customer service
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets
To be considered for this position, your CV must highlight previous experience working within a target-based customer service call centre or similar.
The successful candidate will be required to work 7-hour daily shift patterns between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
