You will provide effective risk management and oversight of The Hyde Group's development and investment programme by providing quality analytical information and support to colleagues in Development and Property Analytics to ensure transparency in relation to performance of the development programme.
Connecting the Development team (all regions) with Property Analytics acting as a key contact for both teams. Ensuring that the two departments are linked to ensure that reports are accurate, KPI's are current and up to date and budgets are set efficiently with correct data.
Duties of a Development Programme Analyst:
- Programme manage and report on the overall Development programme, providing assurance on systems, processes, milestones, project spend and reliable management information on the development investment portfolio.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the Scheme Appraisal Panel (SAP) or the Business Development Department (BDD) on all projects to include development status, investment commitment, risks and delays, cost overruns, latest expected revenues and any other issues which may affect the financial viability of projects (current and pipeline).
- Undertake research and analyse information in order to benchmark, measure and evaluate performance both internally and against comparator organisations.
- Maintain data integrity on PAMWIN.
- Analyse and interpret data and trends and investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
Please note, an experienced Excel user of analysing large data sets is need for this position.
