We are looking for a digital-first creative with at least four years' experience covering multi-channel campaign creative assets, paid and organic social, email, digital display, landing pages and motion design. You will champion digital design best practise through the creative team.

A hands-on creative project lead taking projects from start to finish, working in partnership with our email developer and copywriters to deliver projects.

Working closely with the Creative Lead, Head of Creative and Digital Marketing Manager to drive the delivery of engaging, effective, and high-performance digital assets

What you can expect as our Internal Communication Manager

  • Deliver holistic design solutions across our digital channels, while staying up to date with industry trends to enhance our storytelling. Delivering effective and high-performing digital assets to brief.
  • Lead the design of dynamic and impactful paid social and digital display campaigns with a solid understand of what performs best through the customer journey
  • Working in partnership with the social media manager to drive engagement and creativity in our organic social content, specifically Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Provide inspiration and design direction our email designers to create brand-enhancing email communications with members and prospects
  • Design and art direction of our editorial section of the website, Stories. Working with the brand content editor on visualising editorial to run on the website and across our social channels.
  • Actively contribute to weekly creative meetings, bringing inspiring design ideas to influence creative that is tailored to our audiences
  • Reporting project status to the Creative Lead.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Copywriter, Brand Content Editor and Content Consultant on all content-driven projects, ensuring the creative brings the storytelling to life in a clear and impactful way


We'd love to hear from you if you've got

  • Minimum three-four years' experience in digital design for large retail e-commerce or digital agency.
  • Deep understanding of digital best practice for social and email projects
  • Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite inc XD or Figma
  • Strong sense of design layout, attention to detail and well versed in beautiful typography.
  • Experience in motion design / video (After Effects / Premier Pro)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • The ability to read and interpret a brief, understanding the strategy behind it to achieve the creative solution
  • Strong time management skills - ability to manage shifting priorities, whilst maintaining a cool head and commitment to deadlines in a reactive and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work with and build on established brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Moving image skills would be a strong advantage.
