Guidant Group are currently recruiting for a The Digital Optimisation Developer to work within a major international airport on a permanent basis.

Role Overview
The Digital Optimisation Developer will be working in the Content and Optimisation function of the Digital Team. Sitting within the team, the person will be responsible for building optimisation and personalisation activities that will make a real difference to our customers and impact business goals by:
- Acting as a technical subject matter expert on AB Testing implementation best practices, keeping up with industry updates and bringing change and innovation in our processes.
- Implementing the optimisation and personalisation activities within our testing platform (Adobe Target). This requires collaboration with the rest of the team (inside and outside of the Digital Team), understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Currently our activities focus on web and planning to be extended on our app propositions as well (iOS, Android).
- Support and improve the quality of our core solution (Adobe Target).
- Support Content and Optimisation Manager from technical perspective in driving change and optimisation in the wider digital organisation.
- Proactively monitor optimisation activities for quality issues, raise problems and thrive to improve our work. Analyse activity data to provide recommendations and next steps.
- Contribute to the prioritisation process and help shape the optimisation and personalisation roadmap.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced JavaScript coding knowledge and professional experience. Knowledge of JavaScript best coding practices, version control and troubleshooting mechanisms.
- Experience in building AB testing and optimisation experiences (ideally in Adobe Target).
- Experience in implementing and managing A/B testing tools (ideally Adobe Target). Having demonstrable knowledge of how AB testing works, considerations in SPA sites and solutions to overcome them.
- Natural communication skills and storytelling abilities, with an enthusiasm for A/B Testing that is contagious and helps to grow a test and learn culture across our Digital teams
- An understanding of web design principles and how changing UX affects our customer experience.
Benefits:
You will be expected to work a Monday to Friday (40 hours) circa 9am-5pm basis however hours are flexible.
Working with current Covid-19 guidelines, Remote working is an option with ideally 2 days in the office in the foreseeable future.
