The Guinness Storehouse (GSH) is Ireland's leading visitor attraction welcoming millions of visitors every year. Since opening in 2000, the GSH has continually evolved as an attraction with seven floors of immersive and sensorial visitor experience including our flagship retail store, bars, restaurants, the Guinness Archive and meeting/event spaces.

Purpose of Role.

It is our intent to employ a dynamic and flexible assistant this person will manage the day to day running of the Brandstore and in tangent will support our Ecommerce operation with fulfilment and customer service-related activities.

Ecommerce

  • Print orders daily for GSH, Roe & Co & B2B and ensure they are fulfilled in the time frame indicated.
  • Manage shipping process for all orders including organising of collections.
  • Follow all stock procedures and update Gamma system daily to reflect correct levels of stock and place orders when required.
  • Keep customers updated with any out of stock or order issues.
  • Charge for all orders daily.
  • Manage click and collect orders including collection points.
  • Use sales tracker to identify all sales processed on Gamma.
  • Manage all refunds, exchanges, customer queries and all related activities.
  • Accurately record and report all breakages and replacements.
  • Identify and fulfil any corporate orders and process payments in relation to these orders.
  • Respond to all customer service emails for Guinness & Roe E-commerce & GSH retail.
  • Forward all un-relevant emails onto the correct department.
  • Process orders & transactions over the phone for GSH retail.

Deal with any customer complaints via email/phone in a timely manner exceeding the customers expectations

Brandstore

Occasionally there will be a need to cover our onsite employee brand store some of the duties needed for this are:

  • Day to day operations in relation to customer service and store standards.
  • Reply to all customer queries mail and phone.

Qualifications:

  • Previous in related positions preferred.
