- Support the Head, ERC in the establishment and enforcement of a robust ERC program based on internal policies, local and international standards and industry best practices.
- Be a business partner to the business, providing support and guidance on compliance matters.
- Support the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for relevant policies.
- Support the Head, ERC in establishing and executing a monitoring program for various compliance topics, including but not limited to P3 activities, travel & expense, in-field activities and closure of remedial actions arising.
- Tracking and reporting the completion of e-learning (Ensure 100% completion for Code of Ethics and 95% for other courses), face to face and other relevant ERC related learning/training for associates and 3rd parties. Maintain the system for documenting and evidencing training completion.
- Support the on-boarding of new associates and any refresher trainings in compliance standards such as Code of Ethics, Promotional Practices, Anti Bribery, Speak Up and other relevant areas.
- Participate in preparation for various meetings and completion of minutes (Compliance Committee, Quarterly updates for country leadership etc).
- Model ethical tone and speak up culture
Key Performance Indicators
- Local processes and SOPs for relevant policies are established, up to date and implemented
- Completion of ERC monitoring program as per plan with corrective actions communicated and followed up.
- All associates are trained as per the ERC training plan and records maintained.
- Annual e-training and e-certification completion targets are reached and evidence of tracking/follow-up accurately maintained.
- Monitoring, risk assessment, P3 self-assessment records and evidence of assessment maintained.
Education :University degree in business, law or life sciences
Experience :Previous experience not mandatory but a passion for integrity topics, good organisation skills and an ability to deliver results without constant supervision are necessary.
