๐ About the Role:
Join our Corporate Parenting team and support Children Looked After (CLA) in North & Mid Devon. This is a key role where you'll build trusted relationships, support family-led outcomes, and contribute to life-changing work every day ๐งก
๐ง Your Responsibilities:
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง Build positive relationships with children & families
๐ Complete high-quality, timely assessments
๐ก Support children to achieve safety, stability & permanence
โ๏ธ Work within multi-agency and court settings
๐ Maintain strong recording, planning & communication
