๐งฉ About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join the Early Help & Transformation team. You'll be supporting children, adolescents, and families to achieve positive outcomes through early intervention and practical support.
โจ Key Responsibilities:
๐ค Work directly with children, adolescents, and families to provide targeted support
๐ก Deliver early help interventions in home and community settings
๐ Contribute to assessments, plans, and reviews
๐ค Work collaboratively with partner agencies
๐ฌ Empower families to build resilience and independence
โ What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of early help services and safeguarding
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
