Role Overview

The Compliance Finance Administrator will provide essential administrative and financial support to the Stoke PFI Demobilisation project. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processing and compliance with company and client requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Stoke PFI Demobilisation project with all finance and compliance administration.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to capture and collate information required by the client.
  • Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Review and check Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports for completeness and compliance.
  • Verify that remedial works have been completed and documented appropriately.
  • Compile finance or work packs for customer submission, ensuring all supporting documentation is included.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and compliance activities.
  • Assist with audit preparation and respond to compliance queries as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ideally, experience with Maximo and/or COUPA systems for finance and work order management.
  • Previous experience in a finance admin, compliance admin, or similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in a facilities or finance context.
