We're looking for a Finance Analyst on a 6 month FTC Basis.
A day in the life of a Finance Assistant at Guidant Global includes…
Providing Guidant Global (UK) with financial support across commercial, planning and management accounts.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for the month end close process
* Developing reporting which offers additional and fresh insights
* Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
* Supporting a strong financial control environment
* Providing performance analysis on business data to support business decision making
* Ensuring business stakeholders understand performance metrics on their respective business areas through effective business partnering
* Holding trade reviews with Business Partners explaining financial performance
* Building meaningful relations with Business Partners; developing and delivering financial training as appropriate
* Continually reviewing business performance versus target
* Quarterly Strategic Analysis & Reporting
* Supporting commercial pricing decisions with financial analysis
* Production of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
* Challenge assumptions that support forecast and plan.
* Forecasting future cashflows
What we're looking for:
* Communication & Influencing Skills
* Commercial Awareness
* Good Excel skills and able to pick new systems up quickly
* Attention to detail, numerical skills and accuracy
* The ability to work as a part of a team and use own initiative
* Organisational and time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical skills within a finance role
* Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Desirable
