Description:
The Data Entry and Validation clerk position is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial and operational records by performing meticulous reconciliation and data entry tasks. This role supports internal teams through the timely validation and investigation of data across multiple systems, contributing to efficient reporting processes and seamless audit preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform accurate reconciliation of financial and operational data
· Enter and validate data across multiple systems
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and records
· Support reporting and audit preparation
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in Excel and data entry systems
· Experience in reconciliation or finance administration (preferred)
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in Automation (desirable)
