Full-Time (35 hours per week)
3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

You will work within an experienced team and receive mentoring from senior finance professionals. Through your hands-on work you will gain knowledge and invaluable experience to develop your core skills within areas such as financial management reporting, financial planning, performance management, commercial business partnering & digital technology automation tools.

Job Purpose

  • Support commercial business & central BPA team ensuring a smooth month end close
  • Provide and gather accurate operational information in order to deliver target and latest forecast processe
  • Continuously improve and streamline existing management reporting processes through automated tools and establish organized and structured reporting system.
  • Carry out value-added analyses on financial data: sales trends, functional expenses Other Income and Expenses, business cases, ROI and profitability
  • Provide senior management relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for any inconsistency/ risk.

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:

  • Recent bachelor's degree in business or Finance related study field
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
  • Clear motivation and ambition to gain Finance experience in a commercial environment
  • You will be able to evidence skills transferrable to the business environment (e.g., good time management, teamwork) experience of successfully working with teams through work, academic and/or extracurricular activities
  • You will be able to demonstrate
  • Proactivity - ability to work independently and proactively under own initiative, taking responsibility and driving projects and activities to a successful conclusion
  • Analytical thinking - but also able to act quickly and decisively as needed

Additional Information

Please ensure that you are willing and able to live within commutable distance of the company site before applying. This placement is based in White City in London and whilst we support hybrid working, we would expect the Graduate to be in the office at least 3 days per week/12 days per month , to aid your development in working with and learning from your team. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
