First Line Support
Bristol (remote working to start)
£12.85 PAYE rate Inside IR35
Shift Pattern - 7am to 6pm - 37 hour week
Bristol based public sector organisation are currently seeking a first line support technician for an initial three month hourly rate contract.
The role will be providing first line end user and system/application support across the entirety of the technology landscape. Due to a current IT transformation the technology exposure to end users will evolve overtime thus I am seeking a resilient character that can work under pressure in a calm manner in times of change.
- To provide first line end user and system support on the portfolio of all technical solutions.
- To communicate effectively ensure satisfied outcomes or escalations
- Analysis of trends, root cause analysis and resolution/escalation.
- Set up and maintain users through Active Directory
Necessary experience
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Windows 7, 8 and 10
- Android and IOS
- Office 365
Previous experience in a first line support role is critical as you will be trusted to work remotely and handle a high call volume on a shift pattern between 7am and 6pm
