Guidant Global is delighted to be partnering with MBDA, a trusted Ministry of Defence partner, in their search for an experienced Systems Engineer.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FPGA Designer to be involved in the development of an exciting project to showcase our capability.
Responsibilities
- Simulation of Simulink models in VHDL.
- Supporting system modem generation and implementation into firmware.
- Configuration of control and design record documentation.
- Work with software, hardware, and embedded teams to deliver an integrated solution.
- Liaise with project management to report on project status.
Skill Set
Essential
- Experience in VHDL design and test bench coding.
- Experience with Vivado, Modelsim and Simulink design tools.
- Capability to perform configuration and activity management (e.g., SVN, GIT, RTC).
- Capability to perform firmware documentation and process activities.
Desirable
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience with Math Works model-based design flows.
