Role Purpose:
- To lead, manage and develop Corporate Sales function.
- Develop and implement the sales plan to ensure profitable sales and growth across all Jungheinrich revenue streams, in line with the sales strategy & financial plan.
- Leading and managing a team of Corporate Account Managers in the achievement of the sales plan and the overall company objectives, whilst delivering high customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and performance management to a team of Corporate Account Managers to deliver sales targets & objectives and high levels of performance.
- Manage the performance and results of each team member and develop their own competence, ensuring the correct skills, knowledge and attitude are achieved and maintained.
- Recruit high individuals to fill vacancies and enhance the quality of the team.
- Responsible for the health, safety and well-being of all team members.
- Short, Mid & long-term planning of to ensure delivery against ambitious growth plans in line with the business strategy.
- Achieve performance measures agreed for Corporate Sales, such as:
- Order Intake units
- Account turnover and profit development
- Account acquisition targets
- Truck Parc growth and cross-selling development
- Management and development of International Accounts
- Develop and deliver sales activity to meet the strategic objective of cross selling in Corporate Sales (in particular but not limited to Racking, VNA/Auto-VNA, AGVs).
- Design and implement appropriate customer strategies (retain, grow, win) to achieve the Corporate Sales targets across allocated account portfolio and products.
- Ensure proactive understanding of our customer and prospect's requirements.
- Support national and pan-European sales initiatives.
- Manage and control all revenues and costs associated with the business function.

- An experienced Senior Manager with specific experience within B2B sales.
- Direct capital or finance sales experience
- History of target or objective achievement
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Presentation skills and ability to sell Jungheinrich Business Model.
- IT literate, in particular SAP and MS Excel.
Qualifications:
- Degree, preferable in Finance or Business.
Experience:
- Evidence prior leadership experience.
- Demonstrate an excellence business knowledge of the MHE market
Mobility:
- Travel required
- Full valid current driving licence
