This is a role within the HE&OR Team and would suit an innovative individual who can make the job their own, build their knowledge to become an expert, be proactive in developing and sharing new ideas, make things happen and who is willing to take responsibility for their own work.

Job Accountabilities

    • Support HE&OR Managers & learn the skills of strategic reimbursement planning, submission development and delivery
    • Scope for leading smaller aspects of submissions (e.g. abbreviated submissions to SMC)
  • Dedicated tasks: e.g.PharmaScan / Horizon Scanning lead
    • NB: with the loss of Helen, it is unclear who will lead on this important external deliverable would sit (HE&OR? Medical? Pipeline team?)
    • Cross-functional working & insights required
  • Potential to work under close supervision or management of aSnr HE&OR Manager
    • Provides scope for development in the Snr role for incumbent
    • Precedent on Pharma side of business for Snr Manager to have one direct report, albeit an Associate
    • Frees-up time for Head of HE&OR
  • Medium-term aim: successful conversion in to HE&OR Manager (or 'Associate' level) once sufficient experience & job opening

Relevant Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences degree or Health Economics / related discipline
  • Recently completed as a minimum a degree in Life Sciences, or Health Economics / related discipline
  • May be new to industry / could be first-ever role
  • Willingness to learn from & support others members of the HE&OR team
