Key Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of managing a caseload of homelessness and housing advice clients in accordance with the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, Housing Act 1996 part VII and related legislation
- Demonstrable experience of Homelessness prevention work and legal work related to housing advice or homelessness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Able to identify a client's support needs/ vulnerability issues and take appropriate action to ensure needs are met.
- Good planning and organisational skills; able to effectively plan, prioritise, manage and organise own workload; also the work of others e.g. in relation to multi-agency work
