About the Role:
The main purpose of your role will be to provide day-to-day operational support to the business relating to HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in providing a local HR service which goes above and beyond company and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage various employee cases relating to disciplinaries, absence, performance, and grievance among others.
- Manage HR data in relation to site KPI/Reporting requirements.
- Support onsite employees in relation to pay, compensation, benefits queries.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a HR Advisor role, ideally within a large manufacturing organisation.
- CIPD or educated to degree level in HR related discipline.
- Experience within a Unionised environment.
- Excellent level of IT skills, particularly being confident with MS office.
