An exciting opportunity for anyone who has wanted to join HR is available within the HR team in Filton, working with an experienced team of HRBP's this role provides a perfect entry level opportunity and will support your growth and development as an HR practitioner.

The Human Resources Advisor will primarily provide support to the HR Business Partner team with recruitment and onboarding activities, acting as a primary interface for external and internal candidates, and other key stakeholders involved in recruitment and onboarding. You will also ensure that HR policies are applied and that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in the business area in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, being a primary interface for new hires being able to respond to hiring related queries as well as with key stakeholders involved in the hiring process
  • Update HR tools related to all the actions of the employee life cycle; from hire to retire; and be the interface with HR Analysts
  • The potential to support the HRBP team with preparation of reports for respective reviews on topics such as absenteeism, headcount, bonus & salary reviews

Skill Set

Essential

  • Strong IT/Data analytics skills. We want to take our reporting methods to the next level, to drive evidence-based actions
  • Previous experience in HR and an understanding of HR policies, processes & systems
  • Experience in Recruitment and onboarding
  • Autonomy & adaptability
  • Pro-active mind-set and ability to anticipate, address business issues and offer solutions to managers
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities
  • Customer orientation & responsiveness, with a solution mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of Workday
  • CIPD Level 5
