We are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a HR Advisor, you will deliver a professional HR Advisory service to business managers across The Hyde Group, providing expert advice and support to in order to reduce, mitigate and alleviate any employment issues arising.
Duties of a Human Resources Advisor:
- Proactively manage ER casework
- Handling employment issues ensuring compliance with legislation
- Supporting change programme - Restructures, TUPEs etc
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders
- Recruitment/exit interviews, policy interpretation and HR training and advice
- Supporting the HR Business Partners in raising and promoting the profile of the HR function
The successful candidate will be qualified to least CIPD Level 5 and must have flexibility to travel to all of Hyde's Offices.
