We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the role
- Provide support on all aspects of the employee life cycle, employee relations, training and development and succession planning.
- Deliver a customer focused service to Hyde, understanding wider organisational context and partnering with the business to develop and implement business strategy in line with our future vision, commercial targets and objectives.
- Facilitate the goal setting process and development plans with business managers, allowing them to appropriately develop, challenge and talent manage in accordance with business needs, expectations and objectives.
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues including feedback.
- Demonstrate high levels of business acumen using both HR related commercial skill and judgement to contribute to and support the development of Hyde's Corporate Plan, People Agenda and Strategy.
- Act as a Change Agent remaining open and responsive to change, whilst also proactively offering future-focused innovative ideas, advice and solutions for change in people management practices.
- Provide day to day HR generalist support and proactively tackle HR behavioural issues to minimise risk to the organisation.
This role will require you to travel frequently to Lewisham and Chichester in order to support your business areas.
