We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner on a twelve-month contract.

Duties of a HR Business Partner:

  • Deliver a customer focused service to Hyde, understanding wider organisational context and partnering with the business.

  • Develop and implement business strategy in line with Hyde's future vision, commercial targets and business objectives.

  • Facilitate the goal setting process and development plans with business leaders, allowing them to appropriately develop, challenge and talent manage.

  • Provide support on all aspects of the employee life cycle, employee relations, training and development and succession planning.

  • Demonstrate high levels of business acumen using both HR related commercial skill and judgement to contribute to and support the development of Hyde's Corporate Plan, People Agenda and Strategy.

  • Coach, mentor, support, and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues.

  • Act as a Change Agent remaining open and responsive to change, whilst also proactively offering future-focused innovative ideas, advice and solutions for change in people management practices.

  • Provide day to day HR generalist support and proactively tackle HR behavioural issues to minimise risk to the organisation.
