Salary £28,800 pro rata

Hours: 17.5 per week - Flexible (1 day will need to be a Tuesday due to business needs)

Contract: FTC 6 months Maternity Cover

We have an opportunity for a HRIS Administrator to join the team. As the HRIS Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the HR and Payroll system with the Technology Department, this is a vital part of our work. Your duties will include but not be limited to Design and delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports using Business Objects, resolution of HRIS remedy tickets and configuration changes to iTrent.

What you'll need:

A good knowledge and understanding of I-Trent is essential

Strong excel skills are essential

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to plan and prioritise workload

Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

Numeracy, analytical and problem solving skills

A team player with a flexible attitude to working with the ability to work across our main offices to achieve the team's goals
