Job accountabilities

  • GENERAL

    • Proactive provide ideas and create solutions for various P&O related matters.
    • Lead or support various P&O Projects, such as implantation of our new performance management approach
    • Utilise data and digital to conduct frequent organisational health checks and strategically analyse data to make recommendations which influence the P&O Strategy
    • Help prepare P&O presentations used for regional business reviews, all employee townhalls and other critical events
    • Provide support to line managers regarding employee Lifecyle matters in close collaboration with P&O people partners
    • Co-create and execute plans to drive cultural transformation
    • Create internal communications for all audiences on P&O topics. Any other P&O related activity as required by the Head of P&O
    • Work with 1 Novartis P&O community to contribute to group priorities

    Compliance and administrative support

    • Provide departmental administrative support to include invoices, purchase orders, employee files, , organograms etc.
    • Ensure P&O folders are updated in line with IRSM and data privacy policies
    • Ensure operational excellence by constantly looking for improvement and simplifying our P&O processes

  • Tech-saviness and able to learn new programs easily
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with autonomy.
  • Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to use excel to analyse data
  • Organisational skills & detailed oriented
  • Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing
  • Highly interested in P&O and organisational topics
  • Has a degree in HR or Business Studies
