IDAM Services Engineer
Gloucestershire Contract £300-400
We're currently seeking a number of experienced and ambitious IDAM Services Engineer to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment to support major challenging and highly rewarding projects across this complex organisation which will run well into 2025.
These contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment. Opportunities are available in Gloucestershire.
These IDAM Services Engineer roles are conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. You'll have the potential to work effectively across a number of teams and a diverse range of projects within our technology community. You will be encouraged and assisted to enhance your skills on unique projects.
You will be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm and experience of delivering flexible and outstanding solutions for internal and external senior stakeholders. You need to have proven track record of delivering to time, cost, quality and meeting customer's expectations and requirements.
You will be undertaking daily health checks through to responding to customer enquires and incidents (usually via a formal ticketing system) and also implementing ongoing improvements and taking project deliveries into formal support.
Your experience:
As an exceptional IDAM Services Engineer you will have experience of:
- Troubleshooting and Support of IdAM Systems according to a prioritised ticket system and defined Service Level Agreements.
- Proactive support activities such as patching and upgrades.
- Service improvements through automation and enhanced customer experience/tools.
- Assist with the deployment & integration of Identity & Access Management (IdAM) components within a complex, highly-visible and business critical environment.
- Produce/update technical design and support documentation as required.
- Provide assistance to project & other support as required.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Ability to work well as a team or independently as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise time.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
Technical Skills must include a core of the following (at least 4 of) and a willingness to learn others.
- Windows 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 (configuration/deployment/troubleshooting).
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) principles.
- Hardware Security Modules (Thales)
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) principles.
- Active Directory Domain Services including Group Policy management.
- Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services.
- Active Directory Certificate Services.
- Active Directory Federation Services.
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016.
