We now have a fantastic opportunity to join our technology department working with the Senior Integration Analyst to deliver organizational wide corporate system support. The role will see you supporting existing integration links and working with users to build and test new integrations.

The role will see you?

  • Provide technical support within the specialist area of expertise for IT development projects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements to enable the efficient, effective and innovative use of IT within their functions
  • Assist with the development, monitoring and to regularly test, service and apply disaster recovery procedures for key information systems and ICT infrastructure elements, including backup and system recovery and responding immediately or referring to senior management risks identified
  • Respond to capacity and availability within specialist areas of systems and infrastructure, taking corrective action when service levels are threatened or breached and to design and develop solutions to maintain the capability, availability, security and supportability of our systems
  • Plan, manage, test and release and implement significant changes to our systems, infrastructure or service provision
  • Implement and monitor the security of the ICT infrastructure, and user activity and respond immediately to threats and breaches
  • Contributing to continuous-improvement programs for the department

The person?

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • ITIL Foundation - desirable
  • Strong experience with customisation and configuration of systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of software project delivery
  • Experience of working in service support environment
  • Experience of proactively monitoring and maintaining IT Systems and Infrastructure

Essential

  • An understanding of the SQL language and SQL Server both on premise and in Azure
  • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps/Flow & Azure API Management
  • An understanding of Azure foundations, Networking, Virtual Machines & Storage
  • Experience of PowerShell Scripting

Desirable

  • Experience of Microsoft Biztalk Server 2013
  • Experience of .NET language - Especially C#
