What You'll Do
- Connect & Inspire: Conduct one-to-one interviews, helping candidates explore their career options and aspirations.
- Shape Futures: Review assessments and match candidates to roles where they'll thrive.
- Support & Advise: Offer guidance to those who may not qualify for their preferred role, ensuring everyone leaves with a positive experience.

Who We're Looking For
- People Person: You're personable, a great listener, and comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident with IT systems.
- Experienced: Interview experience is preferred, but call centre experience is also valued for your people skills.
- Flexible & Reliable: Able to drive, comfortable with overnight stays and on-call duties, and eligible for BPSS clearance (3 years UK residency).
